  • Provide assistance for Legislative Compliance for COBRA, ARRA, HIPAA Privacy, ERISA, Section 125, and FMLA questions
  • Provide resources and assistance with provider questions or issues (billing/eligibility)
  • Use our relationships to assist with hardship provisions or late entrants
  • Ensure implementation of policy changes with carriers
  • Provide annual renewal and market analysis and alternatives with ample time to make decisions regarding the plan taking into consideration the union negotiations
  • Review contracts for accuracy
  • Coordinate open enrollment meetings for employees and/or dependents
  • Provide ongoing compliance assistance with state and federal mandates (webinars, seminars and newsletters)
  • Educate new administrative personnel on procedures
